Street Fighter II': Hyper Fighting, known in Japan as Street Fighter II Dash Turbo (ストリートファイターII ダッシュ ターボ, Sutorīto Faitā Tsū Dasshu Tābo) and officially rendered as Street Fighter II′ Turbo, is the third game in the Street Fighter II sub-series. Released only a few months after Champion Edition, Hyper Fighting was produced in response to the proliferation of bootlegged Champion Edition revisions, by offering increased game speed and new special moves without offsetting the game's balance.
